NameForge is an AI-powered name generation service that helps users find creative project names and check domain availability. We provide name suggestions based on user input and check domain availability through third-party services.
To use certain features of our service, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
NameForge offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Each subscription tier has specific usage limits for name generation. These limits reset monthly. Exceeding your tier's limits will require upgrading to a higher tier.
The names generated by our service are provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of generated names. However, we cannot guarantee that generated names are not trademarked or in use by others. It is your responsibility to verify trademark availability before using any name commercially.
Domain availability information is provided as a convenience and may not be 100% accurate in real-time. Always verify availability directly with a domain registrar before making purchasing decisions.
NameForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
